Leadership Interviews Are Underway

November 8–22, 2026

Applications are in—and now we're moving into the next step of our leadership selection process.

Over the weeks of November 8 through November 22, the Coven will be holding interviews with applicants for our available leadership and service positions.

These conversations are an opportunity for us to get to know applicants beyond a form: their experience, their ideas, their availability, what they hope to contribute, and what kind of role might be the right fit.

They're also an opportunity for you to ask questions.

Leadership in the Conscious Community Coven is collaborative. Our structure includes positions with different areas of responsibility—from finance and events to governance, community outreach, ritual, technology, safety, records, and practical support.

If you applied, keep an eye on your email and/or Discord for information about scheduling your interview.

If you didn't apply this round, you can still be part of the community. The Coven relies on volunteers in all kinds of capacities, including one-time and ongoing opportunities outside of formal leadership positions. To get involved in a more casual way fill out this Volunteer Form
