The evening gathering will begin at 6:00 PM and conclude around 9:00 PM with our community ritual and time around the fire. Guests who wish to camp overnight are warmly invited to do so. For the safety and well-being of everyone attending, all overnight campers must register with the Coven in advance.

Our shared community ritual site will serve as the central gathering place for meals, fellowship, crafts, discussions, and ritual, with additional space available for camping overnight.

Throughout the evening we'll enjoy several family-friendly activities, including:

  • 🌿 Making nature crowns

  • 🎨 Painting intention rocks

Facilities & Accessibility

House of Bear offers outhouse facilities for campers.

Guests with mobility concerns are welcome to drive directly to the ritual area. Please note that this is an outdoor event held on natural terrain. The ritual site itself is relatively flat and unobstructed, but the surrounding grounds are uneven. While outhouses are available, they are not currently ADA compliant.

Family Guidelines

Families are welcome!

Parents and guardians are expected to actively supervise their children throughout the event. All minors attending overnight must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults remain responsible for the safety, supervision, and well-being of their children at all times.

Community Participation

This is a community-centered gathering. If you would like to lead a workshop, facilitate an activity, share music, offer a discussion, or otherwise contribute to the celebration, please contact our Sabbat Ritual Host, Bellamy Black, at blessedbetea@gmail.com.

Additional schedules, directions, and activity announcements will be shared as the event approaches.

Come gather around the fire, celebrate the First Harvest, create something beautiful with your hands, sleep beneath the stars, and deepen your connection with the land and with one another.
